JD for Jira Admin

• Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Service Management, JQL, Bitbucket, Hip-chat, and Crowd.
• Needs to have the expertise to maintain the JIRA and other Atlassian tools suites Administration and management of Atlassian tool suites (Installation, Configuration, Up-gradation, Migration, Deployment, Provisioning, and Server management in both windows and Linux environments.)
• Creating custom/copy projects and screen tailoring in JIRA with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, field configuration schemes, permission schemes, security schemes, notification schemes, etc.
• Knowledge of implementing complex workflows for different issue types using post functions, conditions, validators, and triggers.
• Experience on JIRA Service Desk i.e., customer portal setups, creating service desk request types, request security, portal settings, email requests, knowledge from the confluence, SLAs, etc.
• Experience on integrating Atlassian tools with other internal & external systems.
• Experienced in scheduled issues created for JIRA projects.
• Good knowledge on JIRA agile project management and lean product development methodologies for software development and assisting and providing guidance to Scrum Masters on basic agile principles like Scrum and Kanban boards to help standardize the agile.
• Performance reporting metrics and status reports using JIRA Query Language (JQL) and by using third-party reporting plug-ins.
• Installing JIRA plugins and managing licenses and upgrading to the latest versions.
• Provide training for technical and nontechnical employees and new hires on AtlassianTools
